What we collect and why
When you send a request, we receive what you enter in the form: shipment details, your name, company, email and phone number. We use it only to send you a quote and arrange the transport (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation). We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell or pass it on. Your request reaches our email (Microsoft 365) through the server that hosts this website.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed for the quote and our work together, and no longer than two years after our last contact. If we do business, we keep the documents for as long as the law requires.
Cookies and maps
This website uses no cookies and no visitor tracking. The server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time of access) for security. The maps on this page are images from our own server (map data © OpenStreetMap); Google Maps only opens when you click it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email us at info@transporti-bilic.hr. If you think your rights have been infringed, you can contact the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
